Hi everyone
I'm new here so i apologize if it was discussed and analized already.I Use the search function but i didn't manage to find the answer i'm looking for.
I'm a type 1 diabetes lifter who injects humalog insulin via i insulin pump.
I can check and may glycemia level in real time without effort using both the pump and the glyc. checkers(i have many). What i'd like to know is how i can make this desease and all the issues associated(diabetes) a bit beneficial concerning some gains in lean mass.Besides helping with spikes on the p.w.o. shake what else can be done?also what's the "most anabolic" range i'm supposed to have my glycemia during the day?because normal range is 70-110,but would it be better sticking with the lower or higher end of the range?
Someone told me that keeping it a bit low (like 60) would be even better.does it make sense?or would it turn me into a fatass?
thanks
