when i shoot my insulin and GH after my workouts i take in 100 grmas carbs and 60 grams protien and no fat and i eat an hour later and try and push no fat in the next meal, is it good to try and have no fat in all the meals or just the meal after the shot, cause i would like to have as less fat acumulation as possible without sacrificing possible muscle growth
