Insulin Diet Q

If I had to pick one I would always go with using insulin preworkout. Make sure you load up on nutrients during training. Although I don't see why you couldn't do 6iu pre and post and have an intra shake and your standard post workout meal with that protocol.

20g EAA, 10g creating , 15g glutamine , 10g Citrulline malate , 5g acetyl-L-carnitine , 2g L-leucine , 50g carbs from Gatorade , 100g dextrose.
start sipping on the way to the gym
at the gym inject 20iu Humalog and start training
1.5hr after shot start drinking post shake
50g whey Isolate , 10g EAA , 2g L-leucine , 50g dextrose

I don’t know what it costs in the land of pasta, but nothing he mentioned is expensive in the US. Two months worth if those powders wouldn’t even be close to half the cost of a kit of hgh

Yep, glutamine 20 bucks 1000 grams. Creatine like 9 dollars 1000 grams. Citruline would be like 30 or 40 for 1000 grams. Not sure on the altar but it definitely wouldn’t be 100 more dollars so you’d be way lower than 1 kit and this would last months

What I've been using is super cheap except the mountain dog intra from true nutrition, everything else is very cheap. Hell partly doing this BECAUSE of limited funds at the moment. I get fiasp free.
 
My intra has been:
1 sc TN mountain dog intra
1/2 sc karboload
1 sc waxy maize
1 banana

I guess I also take extra citrulline preworkout, kinda out of that now though. I'm curious about putting my creatine in the intra now, I've always just done the 1 sc postworkout, can't remember if that's 5 or 10g at this point, I'll have to look.

the pwo shake with the insulin has been:
1 sc straw protein
1 sc karboload
2 sc waxy maize
1 sc creatine
 
So I'm having some weird shit happen. Started my diet, but the starting changes really on training days have only been with my mid morning meal (I start training at 3-4 pm) and I've gone pretty effing hypo 3 times in the last week.
I guess I'm wondering 2 things, does your insulin sensitivity/resistance RAPIDLY change when starting a diet? (and in this case 20-25 minutes of extra cardio in the morning and fat burner) OR will temperature differences change how fast your body metabolizes the insulin? It's finally gotten fairly cold the last week or so and the gym has no heater.
