Insulin Discussion (only people with PERSONAL EXPERIENCE)

there is alot of conflicting ideas on this.. some say it works.. some say not.. just talked to dave palumbo and he said it will make ya fat if your insulin is in normal range.. meaning if ya produce enough already, then adding more will lead to fat buildup.. that is his opinion.. he is a great trainer.. milos uses it with his clients and admits so in interviews.. it works for his cliwents obviously.. milos is also a great trainer.. one yes.. one no.. so it will have to be by experimenting.. one thing i will say is that those who have gotta fat using slin may well have had a flawed diet ect.. some may also be using too much and becoming resistant.. that is why i said humalog.. in and out of the system and allows more lee way with diet.. meaning that i woyuld have to watch my fat intake for 2-4 hours after shot and could get more "relaxed" in my diet after that,... those who are using it through out the day can not be flawed at all on their diet.. humalog allows more freedom..

lats you are correct in saying there a plenty of regimens.i was one of the ones thinking more is better,but as i stated earlier i talked alot with someone who was very knowledgable about gh,slin especially.i can honestly say when i get back on gh her shortly i'm going to do what i did the last time.2iu's gh ED and 4-5iu's humalin r 3-4 days a week PW only.then when i get back to where i was it will be a month of igf1-lr receptor grade.this is what works for me health wise and shape and size.

why do more if i don't have to is how i look at things,alot of times more is not better.
