Insulin for strength

Just for background - dont post much - info here is top stuff.

How do strength athletes run insulin; seen bbing protocols but is it significantly different when going for strength.

Cheers - I havent personally run insulin before but I need to level up fast!

From the circles that I have been in, insulin is not used for strength. The goal would be to get nutrients to the muscles as fast as possible. Even with a strength based protocol, you are still tearing down muscle fibers the same way

Insulin only affects strength insomuch as it has the capacity to aid in hypertrophy. Cross sectional area is related to power output. Use it like a Bb to put on muscle and therefore strength and power. There is no direct nervous system modulation.

I do not know that it really works because that is still a question mark on my mind that is a necessary thing to know.
According to me in this era something like that is possible.
