Okay, there are obviously as many answers to the question I am going to ask as there are people on AAS.
I have read multiple protocols for using hGH, insulin, and/or the combination of both.
I have used both prior separately and together at various times. However, I haven't used insulin for 20 years. Yes, I've had hypo experiences with Humulin - R due to bad advise and not enough knowledge, but enough knowledge to have glucose on hand or eat when feeling that way (which rarely happened).
Now that I am fairly well versed and read, I have a number of questions.
I've read Mike Arnold's (Updated) Insulin Protocols and Miloš Šarčev's protocols (along with other protocols). Mike's is the recommended protocol, and Miloš seems to be far too much for me, but spot on for pros.
Questions:
I was planning on doing the following modified protocol based on Mike Arnold's post, but answers given to the above question(s) can make me reconsider, especially if there is any new info available:
*"The logic behind skipping the post-workout shake is as follows—an intra-workout shake IS a post-workout shake. As is the case here, intra-workout shakes are normally consumed throughout training, with part of the shake being consumed right at the beginning of the workout and the rest being sipped on as the workout progresses." Almost forgot, using 600mg Test, 250mg Deca, 250mg NPP, 25mg Dianabol of on training days.

- 30 minutes pre-workout: Citrulline malate 4 gms
- 20 minutes pre-workout: 10 IU Humalog
- 15-10 minutes pre-workout: 50 grams High molecular weight carbs (ex: Vitargo, Karbolyn, etc), 25 grams Hydrolyzed protein. 5 grams creatine.
- 30-45 minutes after 1st shake and sipped on throughout workout (intra-workout shake): 50 grams High molecular weight carbs, 25 grams Hydrolyzed protein. 5 grams creatine.
- Large low fat, high protein, high carb post workout meal within 30 mins of training.
