Insulin & hGH Timing and Protocol Question(s)

Okay, there are obviously as many answers to the question I am going to ask as there are people on AAS.

I have read multiple protocols for using hGH, insulin, and/or the combination of both.
I have used both prior separately and together at various times. However, I haven't used insulin for 20 years. Yes, I've had hypo experiences with Humulin - R due to bad advise and not enough knowledge, but enough knowledge to have glucose on hand or eat when feeling that way (which rarely happened).

Now that I am fairly well versed and read, I have a number of questions.

I've read Mike Arnold's (Updated) Insulin Protocols and Miloš Šarčev's protocols (along with other protocols). Mike's is the recommended protocol, and Miloš seems to be far too much for me, but spot on for pros.

Questions:

  1. What is the preferred timing for the dual usage of hGH & insulin?
    1. hGH and insulin taken separately pre-workout?
    2. Insulin pre-workout and hGH post-workout?
    3. hGH pre-workout and insulin post-workout?
    4. Something unmentioned here.
Yes, I know the basics, 10 gms of sugar/carbs for each 1 IU of insulin.

I was planning on doing the following modified protocol based on Mike Arnold's post, but answers given to the above question(s) can make me reconsider, especially if there is any new info available:
  • 30 minutes pre-workout: Citrulline malate 4 gms
  • 20 minutes pre-workout: 10 IU Humalog
  • 15-10 minutes pre-workout: 50 grams High molecular weight carbs (ex: Vitargo, Karbolyn, etc), 25 grams Hydrolyzed protein. 5 grams creatine.
  • 30-45 minutes after 1st shake and sipped on throughout workout (intra-workout shake): 50 grams High molecular weight carbs, 25 grams Hydrolyzed protein. 5 grams creatine.
  • Large low fat, high protein, high carb post workout meal within 30 mins of training.
Now when do I take my hGH pre, post, both?

If you're going to take from this community you better give to it. We don't spoonfeed here and we abhor takers.

Do your research, make good contribution, and then maybe someone will give you the magic secret plan for using GH and insulin together properly.
 
someone said a while back to make PM a paid forum. Mods reading, deft a good idea. especially in this day and age where all these goober tik tokers are everywhere. That's what made PM so good back 10-12 years ago. there were no goobers. fuckin hate the internet. great for business but so many clowns. I would deft pay 29.99 or whatever the fuck to get access to the boards.. I'm sure anyone whos not a kid would too.

Go read them. Even Mike Arnold wrote that all.this.timing was bullshit....

we are all different, so as much as you can follow a program, start low, test, increase if you tolerate and correct until you find your sweat point

I cant believe that in 2024, when theres multiple aricles, videos, training logs etc. peaople are still followwing the 10c/1iu of insulin bullshit. You have NO KNOWLEDGE in regards to bodybuilding. You just not supposet to use anything besides the testosteron, diet and training. Best you can do is to hire a coach. And do not take my post as an assult. Im genuinely being honest and try to help. You can try figueret it out by yourself, but hearing you make yourself hypro from humalin-r leading me to the one though: you have no fck clue how this shit works, why you should/should't use it. Give yourself a favor, hire coach.

I was around for ORD and stayed off for a long time after that.
