Hey Guys,
I've read endless articles about insulin use but I have a very basic question that never seems to be answered.
If I take in 100 grams of carbs post workout without insulin use does the body produce enough insulin to rid the blood stream of those sugars? If so, then if I take in 100 grams of carbs post workout along with 10 IU of slin then is the body still releasing insulin or does it not produce insulin due to the fact that you are replacing it with injected slin? Help a brother out! I'm trying to see the advantage of adding extra slin.
