I am curious as I just started Ultimate Diet 2.0 (UD2) this week and wondering if it makes that much of a difference using Insulin during the carb up on UD2. In his book (similar to Bodyopus) you carb up 24hours once a week. I know Lyle mentioned in his book some do this, my question is being a natty currently what would be the difference of doing this for 1-2 days a week on the carb up? (example would a person gain an extra 4-6 pounds of muscle over 6-8 weeks of using slin vs not on this diet??
Not sure if its worth it for small gains, but considering it based on results others may have seen using this protocol. Also would it be any different to use it following the mass variation vs the fat loss variation? I know BB have gained good muscle using a slin protocol, but I do not want to gain fat back either.
Anyone's opinion on this or have done this just on carb up's?
