Insulin with growth?

Anybody here ever run slin with growth? I'm about to start slin with my growth cycle but this is my first time using it so i was hoping to get any advice as to how other people have used it.

some of the guys I work with do so.
GH shot IM immediately after workout and then 30 minutes later the INSULIN.
be sure you have the nutrition side down well or INSULIN can kill you.
