I disagree with the part about slin giving you strength. It's a glucose transporter. It's great for shuttling nutrients more efficiently and improves recovery, not strength.

When I use it I get stronger, now whether that is from my body shuttling nutrients better or whatever else, I get stronger while I'm on it. That was my point

yeah I have noticed in the past my strengh goes up while on insulin... I have read where it is suppose to free up natural test, and that might have something to do with it...(strengh gains)

I found when i use insulin(humilin-r) its best to use 2weks on and 1week off, then start cycle over. It seems i get less bodyfat, and it kicks in alot harder after the week off. It definetly helps in recovery, which leads to strength gains. i use 12ius post workout

Never tried it myseklf but a few guys I know that have diden't gain any fat when they took it , just have to make sure that your diet is spot on for the time after you inject , these guys use Humalog for that reason.
