Log is faster acting. Best used around your meals and workouts. 4hrs and it’s done.

R is longer acting. 6-8hrs

Have you used either one bro what you think and they both considered insulin, correct ?
 
Me personally; Log. Easy to use and time right after my workouts. I never used any high amounts though. Think the highest I got was 40iu’s. It got me past a plateau. That’s why I waded into those waters.

Also, I made sure my diet was spot on as well. Used the Avatar Nutrition app to track all my macros. I didn’t want to gain excess fat in order to break through my sticking point.

When I used it I was on AAS, & GH as well. Wanted to take full advantage of the insulin!

100%, but your diet needs to be spot on or else you’ll put on excess fat instead.

AAS/GH/Slin/High clean cals, is a recipe for mass!!!!

And is it actually has crazy side effects to you if you take very low dose and I realize not all sponsors has insulin is there few ones you recommend

If you’re asking if both are for sure insulin, you are not ready for insulin.

I don’t get the fear mongers of insulin. You would have to almost be fucking retarded to die from insulin, but humans can be impressing with stupidity.

You need to understand the mechanism of actions and what metabolic cascades are happening when you dose exogenous insulin.

It’s a great tool, during a bulking, or cutting, and special case scenarios
 
You already asked about insulin and another MOD told you to do lots of research. Personally I don't think you are ready. You take the wrong dose or measure wrong and you are going to have some serious problems.
