As to the original post, I actually have had blood when I ejacualted before. I would say if a one time thing, monitor but nothing to worry about. But if it keeps happing and there is pain, defiantly get it checked out it wont just go away. I could be an std, or its even possible to hurt yourself from too much sex or masturbation (not going to share how I know lol). It's not the actual sex that can hurt it, but the ejaculation over and over again, the urethra can be "raw" similar to a girl who has had sex too long will be sore.

While on topic, has anyone ever had their testicle slide up into their body after intense orgasm? I've had it happen probably 15 or so times in my life and THAT is not fun lol

I replied initially that a similar thing happened to me. I went to the hospital they found nothing wrong. I'd say if you feel better you're good to go. But if you're really concerned you should just go consult the doctor, this is your dick we're talking about.
