About this time last year I was on the decline bench doing situps. After my set my stomach literally felt like it was going to explode. Most uncomfortable feeling ive ever felt. Felt like my body was pumping so much blood into the ab muscles they were going to burst. The pain took about 10 minutes to recede to a level where I could actually get off the floor. I waited about a month before trying situps again, and the same thing happened. Now a year later I did one set using a ball and the same thing happened. Anyone ever have this experience? I had a CAT done of my stomach last year and they didnt see anything.....
