aint just online, their finding fakes in pharmacies all over the world, including u.s. ones, like cvs, rite-aid, etc.
there was a 60 minutes episode a few years ago about this, i mentioned it to a pharmacist i know and she said they cant even tell which are fakes, they're made so well.

um that's what viagra is supposed to do, sounds like it works. The viagra I got a script for that cost about 160.00 for 20 pills gave me a headache too.

I keep on telling myself I shouldn't get mad at shit like this but it just gets to me sometimes. Drug companies have monopolies over the production and distribution of certain drugs on sometimes a global level and many of these drugs can be made at a small fraction of the cost they're sold at. If a family with insurance that doesn't cover expensive drugs and they lack the funds to buy them they might look for an illegal generic version that's sold at a fraction of the cost. But these low life scammers just try to take advantage of people who can't afford anything else and make an extra few dollars by selling them shit...

As for Sildenafil, I have tried many of them, original Viagra and other original pharma products of this sort as well as cheap generics. Their actions vary greatly. Even within 100% legit pharma products differences can occur. This is for example often because of the fillers and binders used by various companies. Some of them worked better, some worse, some gave me headaches, some didn't and so on and so.
