so as things are going in my life, i have to discontinue using AAS for the meantime due to some issues ive had to deal with
Anyways i decided to get a blood test approx 3-4 weeks ago to see how my health was after my usage, i was still on at this time and stopped injection a few days later
ill give you a brief history of what my AAS use has been over the past 9 months and before
before the 9 months i regularly used approx 1 gram of anabolics for a blast, up to 1.5 usualy, tren and test mostly, usualy about equal dosages, a year before that it really never went above a gram, ive been on AAS for over 3 years straight, lowest dose being about 250mg test, and 100mg tren in the early days
my last blast i used this for close to 2 months
750mgs test
500mg tren
600mg boldenone
10GH daily, hyges and hypers
30mg of dbol daily
then went down to 600mgs test, and 400mg tren weekly and stayed on that to stay in shape and big for the following 2 months
ive cruised on no less then 250mg test, and 200-250mg tren eth weekly for the past year
my weight has varied, on my bigger cycle i peaked at about 270 pounds, and lowest i got in bdoyweight was about 245, maintained abs at all bodyweights, and im 5'10 tall
diet as most know i eat wateva i like, i eat 400 grams a protein a day, carbs n fats come from wateva i want, mcdonlds, donuts, cereal, pasta, cakes, chocolate, icecream, nutella, muffins, bread, fruit etc
This is after using steroids for 3 years straight
after getting a full check here is what was outa range
HDL: 1.0, range 2.0 or greater
LDL 3.1, normal range 4.0-6.2
25-hydroxy (Vit D): 32, range 45-70 or greater
kidney, liver, RBC and everything else thats tested for during a fasted blood test were in range
Guess AAS use isnt killing me as fast as i thought
not encouraging people to go abuse steroids, but just saying in light of everyone having these regular hypochondriac posts about dieing from steroids and destroying your health, it may not be as bad as you think for you
