Currently taking 5mg GW /daily. Most are looking for the endurance benefit and some better HDL numbers and such. I can attest that I noticed an endurance improvement. So, I began wondering like many others.....will GW counter the Tren cardio crash? I added Tren to the mix shortly after beginning GW. The cardio kill happens almost immediately when I take Tren. I was looking for it and it wasn't there. So, as a test I decided to skip GW yesterday. During my workout, I instantly noticed that my cardio sucked. Nothing worse than feeling like you're sucking air. I may perform a few more iterations of this test to validate the results. So, what is the 1/2 life of GW? I did some searching and could only come up with 24 hours....and that is probably bro-science. If it is < 36 hours, then my test holds some weight. It probably is considering the recommendation is to administer daily.

ABO and LEX - Did you guys ever miss a day and notice a marked decline in your cardio? If not, how long after stopping GW did it take for you to notice?

Like I said, just an observation at this point. I wouldn't put a whole lot of weight on it. Let me see if I can reproduce the results.

I went off for almost 4 weeks and then trained legs, then ran 5 miles at 90 F.
I actually felt great. Keep in mind, I trained hard cardio on GW for 3 months so there is no way that missing a day was going to fuck with me. When you are in for 3 months, your brain is trained to tell you the you can do it. The only difference was the recovery the next day or two. I actually got sore and I never got sore while on GW. I mean NEVER and I always trained to failure plus 1-2 reps on every set. So that is really the only thing that has changed, recovery and sleep patters are back to normal.
 
Great to hear about the tren gw combo will be researching my self soon. Maybe the fat loss effect is from being able to train cardio at a sustained higher intensity and thus burn more calories
 
I will say this...the last three days I bumped my dose up to 10mg/day as I only take 5mg/day, and I think JJ1 is on too something.

Trained legs this morning and I really pushed my partner. Heavy squats typically leaves me panting like a dog and resting before my next set, but this morning I was up and at my next set as soon as he had finished his set.

I felt like I could continue at that pace forever..even went up in weight from what I normally do. Now sitting at my desk after making my morning rounds, and I still feel great.

I think I will continue at this higher dose a few more days and see how it pans out.
