Hey all, so i have been taking grf1-29/ghrp 6 for quite a while now. I got into a situation where my current stock was looking a little low, so i decided that i should ration it out. I was thinking about taking it 4 times ed versus but i obviously did not have the stock to support that at that point so i decided to give something else a try.

I was doing the following:
grf1-29 100mcg 3x day
ghrp6 167mcg 3x day

I decided top give the following a whirl
grf1-29 50mcg 4x day
ghrp6 83mxcg 4x day

Now, here is where i am going with this. I noticed greater results and fat loss from the 4x day routine, even with the lower dose. Is it more beneficial to take bigger doses less frequently or is it more beneficial to take smaller doses more frequently? Now i realize the answer is take bigger doses more times a day, but i am thinking for someone on a budget as most of us are.

Can one of the peptide experts chime in on this one?

bigger dose result in more prolactin/cort

obviously not beneficial to our progress...but may show on scale as 'progress' (read water weight).

small dose best. 50mcg/50mcg 2x a day along with IGF 20ug 3x a day. It works best for me (connective tissue strength, recovery, etc).
 
yeah, i tried it both ways and i honestly still have the sides common to a larger dosing. I still have the insane hunger from ghrp6 and all. I think i might run it in a more frequent dosing pattern like this at a lower doseage
 
Make sure you leave at least 3 hours between doses though.
 
Whats your dosing schudule going to be? I'm going to run the high doses 3xday for another 4 weeks. Then switch over to 4x to see how i react.

i get to work kinda early(long ass commute), so its going to look something like this:
5:30am 50mcg grf/83mcg ghrp6
11:30am 50mcg grf/83mcg ghrp6
3:30pm 50mcg grf/83mcg ghrp6(pre-workout)
5:00pm igf1DES 25 mcg split bilaterally(with pre-workout meal)
7:00pm 50mcg grf/83mcg ghrp6 ( then pwo shake......20 minutes of course)
10:30 prebed dose

I am currently dropping some bodyfat so my diet is pretty damn strict. We will see the results.

Interesting; so on the 4xed are you not getting the hunger issues you were getting with the 3xed?

i am using it to my advantage though, i hate eating chicken! So i take my ghrp get ravenous and eat my grilled chicken, it seems to work.

i use the hunger to my advantage=-) Please see above. I have tried ipamorelin and i didnt get as good of results IMO. It is subjective but its what i feel.
 
Well whatever the hell you're doing; its working buddy! I toggle between Ipa and GHRP-2. If I dont feel like eating I go with the GHRP-2. If I'm really craving carbs I'll dose the Ipa.
 
The fat loss is easy explained... more frequent dosing leads to more fatty acids being freed up to be used as energy.

Keep in mind though that the more frequent dosing is not always better. pinning 3 times a day will give you bigger pulses then 4 would. Less frequent pinning get you better pulses, the bigger the pulse the more igf your putting out which will help you gain muscle.
