First of all TC is an awesome dude...
His article is in my opinion solid. There is no need to slam carbs all day. he is right..you just get insulin resistant over time eating that way. he advocates putting carbs around training, again very smart. He also doesn't preach the long fast..I mean true fast, that is en vogue now, which I also agree with TC on...
Anyways, my two cents is that it's an excellent article written by a very wise dude...
