Intermittent Fasters and GH Timing

For those of you that practice IF. My feeding window is between 12:00 and 10PM, post morning cardio and training. I have been taking 2IU per day of HGH at 4:30am daily upon waking.

To maximize the benefits of IF coupled with GH how would you change the timing?
 
If for fat loss, you're fine
If for recovery, you're fine

Optimizing:
Fat loss: 1iu wake and 1iu pre cardio/training(if several hours apart
Recovery: 2iu before bed. 1/1 split post training/pre bed IF you still aren't eating for several hours after your workout.

Do you think it would still be ok to take 300mg of Tren per week on the Recovery that you suggested while doing IF? I do a 16 off and 8 on schedule right now. Haven't added the Tren yet. Wanted to get advice before I did.
 
I wouldn’t take GH in AM during a fast. It will raise your blood sugar and defeat the purpose of the fast.
