Yeah if you are doing it for the health benefits most seem to agree even caffeine or nicotine will break it. If just a way to restrict calories it doesn't matter. I've done it both ways and both work great for fatloss. I drink a few cups of coffee throughout the day and no worries. Most can't seem to agree if if works better for fatloss then a diet of the same calories spread out anyway.
