Intermittent Fasting!!

ya i can get there! staying there is the problem! That was for a commercial and photo shoot... so i was very lean then... im probably at 12-13% right now... would love to sit at 8-9 year round...
 
today has been a lot harder to make the fast than yesterday... two things different is i went from 9-1 yesterday and 10-2 today... i think once i wake up the shorter the easier... thoughts?
Also i did cardio this morning... so my metabolism is probably fired up! guess it would be better to do post WO cardio....

I think it's easier mentally if uou have less houts to go when you wake up. When i was doing 24 hour fasts 8-8 was quite hard, 3-3 was a piece of piss. Most of it is in the mind, the hunger goes when you stop thinking about it. Id put a few hours in on the ps3 if i had to take my mind off it. I did a lot of it on work days too as your not thinking about it. I found 2 24 hours a week a lot easier then 16 hours ever day for some reason. Probably yhe mental break 5 days a week

There have been studies that show that you never get used to fasting. It never gets easier; you've gotta just suck it up.

well as i have been reading the forums and peoples reviews they seem to think the opposite is true... you do get used to it... i guess i will let you know in a week or so... it really only sucks for like the last hour or two of the fast.... and the next 8 hours are bliss over huge meals... I'm hoping this works well for me!!
 
For the past 2 days I moved my feed time to 6-2 from 8-3makes all the difference, I would say I have gotten use to it.

Today is a rest day and my feeding window was bumped up an hour so fasted last night from 9 to today at just after 1.... no problem.. if it is this easy everyday this could very well be my new lifestyle...
Mentally it trips me out because yesterday i had a meal of about 550 cal around 2 worked out around 5:30 and then consumed around 2,000 calories in like 2 hours! lol...
I mean i love it, i love pigging out, that's why i was a fat kid... but logically it seems so wrong, but it feels so right...
I hope this is it!
