I have used intra drinks in the past and always was amazed at how long they can postpone fatigue.. Been off them for quite a while.. Went back on today.. I had to make up a workout so ended up doing back , traps, rear delts, bi, tri.. Normally after my back, trap rear delt workout im thrashed .. But absolutely no fatigue.. Trained bi and tri right after and still felt pretty damn good.. Not giving them up this time lol..

Just a simple brew of my own with what I had.. 48 oz of water .. 20 grams of whey hydrol.. 12 grams of Essential aminos.. 50 grams of vvitargo .. 5 grams creatine.. Sugar free flavoring.. 5 ius of slin 10 minutes before starting..

Lays my Info shake is almost identical to yours. Mine is 50g vitargo and 20g eaas c then 5 g creating and 5g glutamine.loke u said the recovery and longevity I get from it is huge

Try 45 minutes before you workout 10iu's if humalog--- 15 minutes later add matt porters pharmgrade and a scoop of vitargo . 30 minutes later workout....tell me how that workout goes!

i like the same : 50g carbonox / 15g EAA / 5g BCAA / 5g citrulline / 5ui humalog 15 mins before starting

20g EAA , 50g HBCD , 10g Glutamine , 10g Creatine , 10g Citrulline Malate , 5g L-lucine , 2g Hymalayan salt. Mixed in a 1.5 liter bottle , start sipping on the way to the gym and through the workout , finished about 3/4 through training

4iuHGH , 15iu Humulin-R (injected IM) 30 min pre workout.

I’ve got two guys taking this the last 9 months and haven’t had any problems with recovery , they both complain that they don’t think that they are traing hard enough because they don’t get sore , just steady lean growing.

I’m taking the same mix minus the HGH and insulin and have awesome results , with it alone. Yea it’s a little expensive but I think in the grand scheme of things the results definitely offset the cost

I always gain a few pounds on creatine but it's mostly in the muscle , I don't get the sub Q water like some stuff

I’m an endo and like to eat my carbs so my intra shakes are

5g citruline
5-7g glutamine akg

After doing some reading I might start adding 2-3g taurine

A buddy of mine told me it increases pumps and vascularity more than just glutamine.

And he was right. I can tell a difference when I add it in to my shakes. Supposedly less gets wasted by the gut lining but idk.

500 mg 4HIL
Bromelain

PA is a very underrated supplement. It works very well, especially at that dose.
