But as said above, depends on your digestion. If you can get away with cheaper options, do it. I do the same with my hydrowhey. I don't buy Peptopro because hydrowhey digests just as well for me and it's a significant price difference.
I use EAAs + HBCD most of the time but if I'm traveling sometimes I'll just buy a gatorade and add some BCAAs...honestly I don't notice a significantly worse response

u burn maybe 300. most of the time its less than that.
