Intra-workout carbs, how much do you use?

I go from 20-50g dextrose depending on the workout w/25g whey.

What’s your mix?
 
30 gr of dextrose, 70 of HBCD. Tried more dextrose because of the price but messed up my stomach. Also take 2 tablespoons of honey, think it was MuayThai who said he did it and I like it.
 
I use 50-60g carbs from powdered Gatorade mixed with EAA , creatine and glutamine , citrulline malate and a little vegetable glycerin

What’s your mix?

You drink whey in your intra-workout? Isn’t that heavy? I would recommend subbing EAAs in place, as they’re much lighter on the stomach and digest exponentially faster.

why use 10g of EAA🤔 you need about 0.05g of leucine per kg of body weight to maximize protein synthesis so if you weigh e.g. 100kg you need 5g of pure leucine and most EAA on the market has 2g of leucine for every 10g so this
Measure ok for a 50kg girl not even an average guy
 
60g HBCD's most of the time. Although I will be upping to 90g very soon.
 
30-50 Gatorade depending on how much volume I'm doing for that particular workout with honey. I like HBCD but Gatorade is working fine so saving a little money.
 
I use Gatorade as well, mostly for taste and it gets the job done. I do sweat quite a bit at the gym so having the electrolytes is nice.

30 grams Dextrose
30 grams Gatorade

Both are really cheap as well, so that’s a bonus.
 
50g HBCD

I’ve worked as high as 120g of carbs intra before but saw no real difference or benefit
