I personally have seen a significant difference in how hard I can train through the entire workout when I use the intra workout shake , there is also a significant difference in how fast I recover from a training session.
It could be that it’s because I don’t get carbs until the intra and post shakes but
As far as training goes , whenever I’m following one of John Meadows programs of Milos’ “giant set” style it’s definitely more noticeable.
Another great benefit is that it sets you up perfect for using insulin pre workout
