intra workout input

I'm impatient... So instead of.ordering peptopro...
I'm trying what I've read to be next best. Hydrolyzed. Whey... And I got glycofuse

What is adequate dose for protein. Doing legs right now AMD am doing 25g with another 10.bcaa AMD 50gm glycofuse

Any input or recommendations welcomed.
If I still get sore, pepto is next to try...

IMO BCAA's are a waste. Money much better spent on straight Leucine w/ equal dose and also cheaper.
 
How's the workout performance and/or recovery on that bro?

I can train alot harder for longer than without it. I just started it back up taking it regularly and totaly changed up my training style and i can honeslty say that i dont think i could finish a training sessions now without it.
I get sore and stay sore for a couple days but the pump i get is off the chart so its hard to say how well its helping recovery but when i trained witha DC style last year it certainly helped recovery.
 
I've been using Amino Energy by Optinum Nutrition for my intraworkout drink. It's give me a nice boost and a decent amount of BCAA's to sip on while I train.

Note: I am not using slin preworkout - post workout for this slin newb. I use dextrose for my post workout shakes. I wouldn't mind using waixy maize as it's much more economical, but I don't want to get blasted by Knight :D
