What is adequate dose for protein. Doing legs right now AMD am doing 25g with another 10.bcaa AMD 50gm glycofuse
Any input or recommendations welcomed.

IMO BCAA's are a waste. Money much better spent on straight Leucine w/ equal dose and also cheaper.
