I dont agree with this. If this really were true, it would put our ancestors (read : cavemen) with blood types other than A at a severe disadvantage, which would make no sense for blood types other than A to exist.

In my line of work we use EDTA to bind/remove heavy metals from water. Then we have to use another chemical to stabilize the water before we can procede.

In theory its used for the same purpose - heavy metal removal. (IN THEORY)

Its a fact that uneducated people will try all sorts of crazy shit - latest fad here was drinking hydrogen peroxide in order to improve cell oxygenation
Anyone with just a little understanding of human physiology will understand how idiotic that idea is.

I wont even go into stuff like drinking your own urine for supposed detoxification (why would you want to ingest your own WASTE PRODUCT???)

You are missing something here. Originally there was just O. A has evolved and is the newest, updated version. It is called evolution.

I can say this for a fact, the blood type diet has some truths to it I dont agree with it all but there is something there.

I also have watch a shit load of people try it, we used to give classes to get people started on it , the zone , atkins.....

the blood type diet works really well for people who have strange allergys and dont seem to respond to other diets and have a list of health problems.

Just what I have observed in a large customer base.

i agree with you, i have read all the blood type books and tried it on myself for a few months but didnt see the improvment i thought i would...

i had my brother try it and he loves it, but as you said he has a lot of weird allergies that most dont ......

cmon man you dont need this stuff. get back to basics. train your body, bring up the weaknesses, learn how to diet and pick a show to do. dieting down over and over is the only way your going to make the improvements you want. because when you get on stage, there is no more lies or dilution.

Wasnt aware of that. Thanks for correction, but still why would there be B and AB blood types if its a clear disadvantage? Or did B and AB evolve before pure A and thus offer an advantage over O blood type? In this case why does blood type O still exist?
