Just learned about this board from anabolex.com.


i've been cycling since 1989. yeah, i'm old school..hehehe i was a moderator at the old "it's the rocks board" as well as "musclemax". i'm currently one of the moderators at the ironplayground : **broken link removed**

I've joined several boards in the past 5yrs, but mostly post on the following: Freakz, Elite, and of course the playground.

i was into Powerlifting, but found a new love in Martial arts. I'm doing: muay thai, hapkido, judo, Ssirum and looking to start BJJ soon. so if there are any others here in MMA, holla back.

first cycle was all dbol...LOL last 2 cycles included; GH, Fina, Omna, Testolent Prop.
