Hey all, I'm not new by any means, just new to the board.
I'm a new rep for Uncle Z and here to help out OTG.
Feel free to come to me for anything, however I do spend the majority of my time over at ASF.
I'm a competitive Power-lifter and have a pretty in-depth knowledge of injury prevention and rehab.
