Hy at all

I am new here and want to shortly introduce myself. (English is not my mother tongue).

I build my muscles since 20 years (have to say, that I am not a bodybuilder).

Quite at the moment I do import over 40 Sports – Nutrition – Products for my country. Sport is my Business.

As I came across professionalmuslce.com I found a lot of very interesting articles and would like to thank
all the writers for spreading the great information here and the nice and decent communication
TheCoach: At the end of 2012 my weight was 95 kg = 209 lbs (14%bf) I started dieting and at the moment
I am 91 kg = 200.2 lbs (10%bf). My goal is 86 kg = 189.2 lbs bf 6%. (1,80cm 5″11).

I take: Tes E, GHRP6, CJCDAC und IGF1L3 and Frag 178-191. Started with DNP some days ago.

Keep us updated with the DNP usage...as much hate as it gets, it's at very least an interesting compound to study in it's effects on human subjects ;)

Seeing as we are only in the second week of 2013 and you have already lost 9 lbs seems u are on the right track, what have you been doing training wise to he that drop so quickly?
