hey guys iv been on this board off and off for 13 years, only board ill use,iam 5 6 about 175 I was 241 shredded biggest on the north shore mass area in 2017,but my fiancee died of grade 4 glioblastoma brain cancer, big jay cutler knew her and us,jose Raymond a lot of ppl in the Boston scene, just sating high and well my fiancee passed in 2016 I lost over 1 lbs during a terrible depression,**EDIT**, thank and hello guys call me lil Mikey

thank you guys for the welcome I appreciate it, sorry mr moderator won't happen again, like I said I lost all my friends my fiancee everyone even lost my physiques have great muscle memory tho.also I have terrible anxiety from the the shit iv been thru from survivors guilt to ptsd, to u name it, i love then I won't be able to do it without a relieve like valium or Xanax sux, **EDIT** and thank you for the warm welcome
