Hi Everyone,

I was referred her by b-boy, mainevent, and beserker that this was a quality board to learn from.

My name is Joe Lyons and I've been competing for 3 years. I did my first national level show two weeks ago at the Jr. USA. I placed 6th.

I've been working with Troponin (Justin Harris) for the past 2 years and I can't say enough about him. Great guy, friend, and coach.

I hope to add a little to the board and continue to learn a lot more. I've been reading past threads and the quality members here are impressive. Shows me just how little I know.

I was in the light heavy class. I weighed in at 193lbs for this show.

Hey Chris and Brad, I'm already working on the next show, but not sure when that will be. I'm letting Jess have her moment and trying to stay clean and leaner for now. I'm still training my but off and not missing any meals.

I'm glad to be apart of such a great place with great people.
