Here's a couple pics of me the day before the show. I still needed to tighten up the low back and could have been a little tighter overall, but I was happy with how I looked overall. Justin did a great job with me.

I really need to add some thickness to my chest and work on my stubborn arms this off-season. I obviously think I need to add size everywhere, but these two areas are my concern at this point.
