Updated photo..... 20 days on..... The long Esters havent really hit me yet so the 13 lbs I have gained I have to credit to the Dirty Thirty!!!! It's a Halo product that is a stack of 30mg Win/30mg Var per cap....
Still damn lean and hard and keeping the waist small and tight.... . I'm trying to keep the gains lean and dry. Now that the long esters are going to start helping out here at the 3 week point I am really excited to see the growth come along.... 2016 Nationals is still 9 months away and I have never been so focussed..... Training is intense and on point and my nutrition is consistant and exactly to the plan.....

Thanks, I still focus on major core lifts as the staple of my routine...nothing beats heavy deadlifts for muscle density
