I dont see an intro forum so here it is !

I am from a few boards and thought I would register here , I like your setup ! I have been dieting down for 2 weeks now and doing well, though th past fe days I have a stomach virus , not good n the middle of a diet down .

I am 6' stand at 293 as of today , 2 1/2 weeks ago I was 306 . Been in the gym for 22 years plus an started as the 160 lb 14 year old in about 1983 ..lol

I see alot of experience here and I will be reading cause you always can learn more.

Oh and I am in South NJ ...
