Hello fella's.
I'm new here but not new to many forums and to the game.
I'm 56 years old and have been involved in anabolics for decades.
I have been at the same gym for the past 31 years and am primarily into body building.
Weight currently 212lbs, 33 in waist, 6ft 1in tall.
Not trying to sound big headed here fella's but because of my lifestyle I feel I look pretty darned good for my age.
I'm over at iron mag and brotherhood of pain and have been there for years.
Just wanted to check you fella's out and see if we could share some information.
We are all here to learn no matter how long we have been around.
