Ip winny. Chew??

This is my first time trying IP winny tabs. I remember people saying your not supposed to swallow them whole b/c they don't absorb. So do you just crack them up a little with your teeth and swallow, or do you need to really chew them down to the powder? Thanks

Uhgg! I wouldn't say chew them. When I used them I just split them in half and swollowed both halves together! But then again, im no expert. -StOrY

DO NOT swallow them whole. I used to breakem up with my teeth as best I could and leave them in my mouth till they dissolved...and had great results with them.

IP also says to spread your dosage throught out the day.

You MUST chew them up very well and then swallow. Under the tongue isn't necessary as it's not made for this type of absorbption, although he does offer tabs (or at least used to) that were specifically made to be taken sublingually.

But with his tabs, YES, you MUST chew them for them to be absorbed due to the fillers used, otherwise they will be excreted.

Yes, of course you can split them in half.

Honestly never tried them without chewing.......why take the risk when they don't taste too bad anyway. Always worked great for me!

I think most IP tabs are compact and you should chew them.

you can also take them with grapefruit juice which will not only help them go down easier but grapefruit juice will help get them into your blood stream quicker.. it only works with grapefruit juice though, orange juice won't help
