So I felt a tweak in my back right under my right scapula and it wasn't as easy as it should've been. So I made a small jump and felt that same area pop and had to get the spotters to help me up.
Talked to a physical therapist at the meet who examined me and did some tests. Looks like I tore my lower trap on my right side. He advised that I not continue the meet. So I still coached my team but with ice packs on it and wrapped up in a knee wrap. Definitely frustrated by it just coming out of no where, but that's the nature of the sport. Just gotta heal up and pick up where I left off

Yeah it's pretty frustrating. But I'll find a way to train what I can and heal up as quick as I can. Have my girl put a few vials of BPC in there and I'll be off to the races. Lol
