awesome! i wuz in kuwait city 91... 92. its ashame u hardly ever hear it on the news anymore that were still in a war. honestly how r things over there?? i dont believe anything i hear on the news anyways seeing how i wuz in that position once upon a time. just know that u guys are appreciated around here where im at. keep up the good work

This place still sucks, not as bad as it was a few years ago, but there are still IED's going off everyday and mortar attacks. Yeah don't believe the news they want you to believe that the war is over and that we are leaving. There have been 6 US Soldiers killed in the first 15 days of April and our FOB's get hit on a daily basis by indirect fire. I appreciate all the thought and prays, it lets us know that people do truly appreciate the sacrifices we make.,

This is how we get to wake up around here.. 2 VBIEDS and RPG/Small Arms fire at the Main ECP leading into the area where we live, the explosions were so big that it shook the buildings that we live in and knocked things off of the walls.. I have a short video of the, smoke rising from the burning cars that I will try and post later.. needlesss to say it was a pretty hectic morning..
