Wesley was a very nice guy, MUCH to young to pass away, that is very certain. My condolences to him and his family (and close friends). I remember when he just started out with the on-line forums. He started at EF, then posted at AF and on to Animal's site just after that. He will be greatly missed. Here was a guy, who learned a lot from his own trial and errors. I didn't agree with some of his recommendations at times, but he was the type of guy who promoted what worked in the real world through his own trial and errors. He was a good writer, unique in his own actually, but always willing to learn when it came to something new.
Sorry to everybody here who lost a great friend, very sad, much to sad
wow this is crazy I've been reading his book a Body-of-work for months now, it's the best book ever. I hope the book he was working on is released, I'd buy a few a copies to benefit either his family or the animal charity.
He was one of the first to use the term "powerbuilder" and advocating HIT routines with modification. He was wealth of knowledge. Loved reading his stuff.
This is very sad news.
I remenber IA from Animals board from years back. He was always open and willing to go the extra mile to help someone understand whats real and cut through all the bullshit.
He will be missed but not forgotten!!
