All of those guys have qualified for the Olympia and every one of those guys with the exception of two has cracked the top 15. If that's not a tough line up I don't know what is.


I saw pics of AD and he just needs to bring up his entire lower body if he expects to hang with the other pros. You need some serious wheels to hang with Sil, Dugdale, and Haley.

i reckon ronny is consistantly in great shape its just that the judges never seem to want to reward him, i cant see many faults in his physique, he is definately one of my favs

I guess Silvio.............but other than his awesome conditioning i dont understand the hype or like his physique (high lats and chest, narrow shoulders and weak calves)..........i think guys like Dugdale and Rockel are much more symmetrical and complete

here he is getting outclassed by Melvin and Wolf

I took the liberty of brightening one of the pics so you can actually see something.
Martin is qualified for the Mr. Olympia 2009. Although I don't think he will place, he's a nice guy and hopefully now that he might start training with Dave Palumbo he'll see some good improvements.

I think he's been training way too much and eating a lot but too much powders and not enough food. So he can improve quite a bit still in the coming years.

is it me or does Silvio's legs appear to be out of proportion with his body in that picture?

My pick is Dugdale, he was robbed a couple of years ago when he got 2nd but didn't get compared with Freeman.
