I dont get this post but it seems like Ironman is being accused of stealing when their is nothing physical to steal. Vander is being drug into this for some reason as well by what seems like haters because he probably looks better than them as a bodybuilder. Bodybuilding is BB what set rep scheme rest pause 1 set hasnt been tried used or done yet over the last 100yrs to be rewrote reclaimed as new holy grail. The only guru has died dan ducanine all the other wanna be's get over it already. Geez.

He took training principles from Phil, IA and DC saying they were his own. That's stealing... If you're going to use someone's ideas you should at least give them credit or at the very least admit where it was theirs when asked about it. Instead it seems that he went around claiming he developed his training methods through his years of training. The guy's a fraud.

man, i've been staying out of this fucking bullshit... just going on the fact that the program works. but now i am starting to get pissed off and am quite disappointed in the way not only Iron Man has behaved, but that dipshit tough old man. what a fucking tart child he has been...

all of the drama is to serve one purpose from what i can see- to generate traffic on ironmagazine forums, where iron man pushes his supplements. i guess it worked.

i even make a post about it over there in TOM's "Iron Man vs. Dogg Crapp" thread and it was promptly deleted.

i even asked to see some of Iron Man's pics, out of sheer curiosity and for the potential motivation. he refused, basically on the principle that i would expose his identity to Big A and whoever.

and that's fine, he has his reasons and i can respect that. i don't need the motivation anyways- i have a corporate job.

what i can't respect is some of the underhanded shit that i feel has transpired and the teenage antics of TOM.
