IS 5/16" GOOD ENOUGH FOR HGH?

Was using 1/2" all I could get was 5/16" 30 guage will this work? I got low bf if that makes difference. Thanks in advance.

5/16" 31 guage is what I use. At your bf you'll be fine I'm sure.

As the others said, you're fine. Personally, that's all I use regardless of admin type.
