Is Ameen Alai really a diet guru or a scam artist

Ameen I don’t know scientifically but the gear is different from the early 90’s to now. I had real Anavar and it was so awesome I can’t explain the difference. I legit ate what I wanted just trained and I was ripped. It was the best summer of my life. went to the beach everyday and took chicks home was awesome

Did someone make a Esiclene copy or what? I always wondered why no UGL made it since it used to be so popular. I never saw it used but my understanding is that it inflamed the muscle like an irritating painful steroid, kinda like prop but worse. And it would take a number of hours to take effect.

I remember Flex Wheeler talking about Esiclene, hitting muscles all over the night before I think it was, saying it wasn't even a drug or illegal or a steroid. He had no idea what he was getting shot in his body and years later still didn't. Typical of bodybuilders, but kinda amazing to me.

My bad and I got mixed up. It's not esiclene but nolotil that guys have been using recently. I have lost touch with the UK scene but I was told it is being used by a lot of bodybuilders recently. I just read it's Spain's most medical sold drug (Metamizole) but it's banned in most other countries.

I saw Ameen once at Kris dims old gym fitness rock. He was there with Dr. Tony huge. I never spoke to him just saw him. He was giving Tony advice from the looks of it. Ameen was very small in person even smaller than he appears in video.

This was probably about 3 yrs ago I am not sure if he still helps Tony train as I don't live in California anymore.

Ameen always struck me as a bullshitter personaly but I could be wrong.

I don’t Aways follow the drama around the sport, and Boston Loyd is certainly a questionable figure to give anyone crap, but calling out Ameen (who I don’t know much about admittedly) is pretty damn funny. Plenty of industry folk trashing Ameen on this FB post. Guess it Just goes to show that...

I have no idea if Ameen lives there but Tony did and I guess he was there to see Tony. I highly doubt he was there to see Kris as Kris was very sceptical of those guru types. Kris did always speak highly of Milo's though but I feel he is a proven "guru" so to speak
