I know it gives big strength size gains. It also gives big water gains. And since you can't run it safely for long periods, you have to stop at some point. Problem is when you do, you shred the excess water, but also over weeks and months seemingly lose all the muscle gained too. Is it a better pre contest- filling out drug? Better left off ones menu?
