Yes, I would love to see some people HDL numbers that have been running anadrol for long periods of time.

I just got bloodwork 2 days ago, but unfortunately my HDL is low, my cholesterol and LDL were high (keto diet at the time so I expected those to be elevated). The biggest concern is that my hematocrit has crept back up to out of range (my doctor is not happy about that) but I also had this bloodwork done on a full cycle which is 500mg test E, 200mg masteron E, and 200mg tren E per week. 6iu daily of HGH x 4 days per week (training days) and 2iu on my off days (my fasting glucose was 74). My liver enzymes were high but they have been like that for the past 26 years (how long I have bloodwork records) my doctor is not concerned since I have been given the ok by a liver specialist in the past.

I think liver damage is possible only if your one of the rare ones who get it. Kinda a "no shit" answer but you see more guys with kidney issues than with liver problems. I have posted a study where guys are running 200-300mgs a day for months on end and were fine. So generally I think this only take 50-100mgs for only 8 weeks for safety is just nonsense/broscience in general. That's my personal opinion based on data I have read. No I am not going to look for the study again

From what i’ve read it’s more about the cholesterol efflux capacity of the HDL than the HDL number

I had an ultrasound of the liver done and my liver is slightly enlarged. No other issues. No fibrosis or other alarming ailments. This is after months of using higher dose test and primobolan.

How safe am I to start Anadrol at 100mg ED with TUDCa? Do you think Anadrol can enlarge my liver further?

Overblown IMO.

Of course it has sides. But Adrol rocks! I always did what @LATS said which is use the smallest effective dose which was 25mg off days and 50mg on workout days (275mg per week). It never did much of anything to my liver values at all but it hit me in a worse spot (for me personally) which was HCT and BP. As everything else, it's a genetic thing + common sense. I wish I could still take it.

probably depends on why your liver is enlarged in the first place

100mg of anadrol probably won’t make your liver smaller/less inflamed

No one can really give you an answer to this man.

You might take it and have no issues, or you might end up having something go wrong. YOU have to decide to your risk tolerance.

Whether someone gives you permission to do it or not doesn't change your situation and the potential risks.

My ALT and AST x1.5 higher than references top values. Other than that, all other liver markers were perfect. I have seen a study saying that supra physiological test dosages increase liver weight and size too

As I said before, ultrasound showed enlarged liver, but no other pathology. Same with bloods except the ALT and AST. And I think training is definitely to blame, as I am doing lots.

Ultimately the decision is yours. I tend to get paranoid about my health. So what I would do is not train for a bit and retest. Some might consider that overly cautious, but I’ve also never had elevated enzymes from just training, even while using injectables.

For me, nothing works like Anadrol to gain muscle and strength. No injectable matches. I hope my enlarged liver is just a result of running high dose Sustanon for a long time along with ast and alt being out of range due to lots of training.

So I hope running Anadrol at 50mg per day might be a reasonably effective and safe option.

You won't be making any gains on a waiting list for a liver. Seriously, enlarged liver, AST, ALT high, see a gastroenterologist, hepatologist, maybe a lipidologist.

How could you possibly want to take a 17aa compound right now?

I can't say for certain but the enlargement might possibly be due to fatty liver. The MD should be able to tell you this with more accuracy. If so, just clean up diet and keep up cardio....for basic info. I don't want to really comment further as I obviously do not know.

Thanks man! But I had no signs of any ailments, except the enlargement of the liver. All clear by the docs
