Will like to visit this year sometime... A friend visited earlier and says it is amazing and also the Ritz Carlton got such a fine gym too..

Bhumik, Yes I reside in trinidad. Branch Warren and Dexter Jackson were here a few weeks ago for guest posing. Didnt go to the show but was surprised when I saw the sports clip on tv with them. Darrem is coming to Tobago for guest posing in a week too....

Im just working very hard at it and couldnt do it without your support..... Today was my controlled carb day and did HIIT Cardio twice.. feel good too..

RE: Caymans.. Im looking at job/career opportunities there...... IM not int banking or financing but still trying in other areas. At least, even if its a contract in one of the hotel spas/gyms..

Your doing great N and you have done a lot of hard work. Your on a tuff program and kicking a$$! KEEP IT UP AND BE PROUD! Maybe we can get Boop to actually post now too!

BTW, the ole head is finally starting to clear! Just in time to head to bed . Update me next week as to how plan is going!

I've stayed at the Ritz on Grand Cayman........It's a beautiful place. If you really wanted to train, I would suggest going to World Gym. The gym at the Ritz is really nothing special.

I just went there back in January and stayed at the Ritz Carlton myself. Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Service was immpecable. I honestly can't wait to go back to Grand Cayman. You must scuba dive if you go there! Couldn't believe all of the underwater life I saw.

If its got great scuba, then snorkelling too no doubt so Im really gonna look forward to snorkelling there...

I contacted World gym regarding fitness trainer opportunities they may have...
