Is Cardarine worth it? Currently on Reta, one injection of 2mg weekly on Wednesday. Microdosing enclomiphine as well at 9.3 mg and taking Cjc no DAC.

Holy shit, what's up brother! I thought i was the only "shape shifter" in existence! That's what I like to call it. I tell people im a transformer. Nobody knows what the hell im ever talking about anyways.

All joking aside, its one shitty ass life. Im hypopp, have thyroid issues, celiac disease, and a casein allergy. I possibly only shift because of my thyroid but cant get my thyroid treated because I dont actually have the thyroid antibodies, so my doctors think it functions fine. Ha, they should come live my life then tell me that.

I cant really help you with your original question but really just wanted to comment because you are probably the only person here that understands what I go through. Its a nightmare.

Sounds like @Stewie might have a pretty good idea too. Thyrotoxic periodic paralysis, pretty sure I been there, never been so jacked up hyper but felt so gross in my life, slept and didn't eat anything for like two days after that day. Thought I was going to die.

I cant touch androgens(unfortunately i have to remind myself that everyday). They are my number one trigger and send me into an endless potassium shift loop. Then I got the normal triggers, large meals(primarily sugar), resting for too long, resting from activity(this sucks working a physical job). Going to sleep at night, ugh, every single morning, only one question, how bad will today be. I live on potassium chloride.

Ive finally decided it’s time to hang it all up. Ive tried to make things work forever. Sometimes it kind of does but only very briefly. The celiac disease is a very recent diagnosis and given everything else i experience, along with all the other autoimmune disorders in my family, reality has finally set in, im not beating this, I can only "manage" it.
Hey man what’s up I really wanted to respond to this. As someone else with pp I can only understand to imagine what your life is like. The episodes especially in public are so embarrassing as you can understand, and episodes that can be so debilitating from going to the gym are the worst. A lot of me thinks this condition is more mental than physical at times because of how much it seriously fucks with me. I’m like can I either be paralyzed or not paralyzed fucking pick one that’s what I think in the moment. Maybe you’ve thought like that too. From one shape shifter to another I guess haha, don’t give up. Like I said in a previous message we were born with this, we’re going to die with this, so we have to make the most of this. It sucks but it’s what God has given us so let’s fucking work with it. I know you said you have thyroid issues and drs won’t treat them mfs nowadays only do what insurance companies let em, I know there are peptide shops that sell T3 and T4 hormone for thyroid. I am new here though so I am sure people can direct you on where to purchase products and I’m sure this is a trustworthy site as well. Also if you are unable to take androgens and steroids test the waters with various peptides and enclomiphine and hcg (also disclaimer if you have a wife she’ll love the hcg/enclo use as well lol) I would also look into 5 amino 1mq and Slu PP-33 for fat but burning and cutting, as well as tirzepatide. Retatrutide I researched has too much affect on the insulin release and could cause episodes semaglutide and tirzepitide not as much. Also what is your diet? I’m assuming because the carbs cause potassium to shift into the muscle cells. Are you able to eat things like bananas and other high potassium foods or is your diet mostly lean protein and quality fats? Also, I’m extremely impressed that you’re able to work a physical job, that’s no joke when we have this condition. Over last summer I worked landscaping for a company my friend got me a job at and waking up early in the morning especially if I hadn’t slept well would cause a slight to moderate episode, sometimes I’d be embarrassed to go to work. When I told my boss I had this condition (she majored in chemistry somehow got brought up we were talking about chemistry things), she nearly freaked and thought I was going to drop at like any moment lmfao almost lost my job. Maybe you can relate to this as well, but sometimes I forget I have this condition until I get a huge huge episode that feels like it sets the progress I’ve made down the drain or have an episode in public and I’m limping or waddling through a public space lol. And yes you are 100 percent right. We are not going to beat this. We never ever will. It sucks but why focus on that, if we do no progress will be made. For us I think, becoming a well rounded man is the most important thing as well as taking care of our physicality. Because of our attacks, we are more vulnerable to a robbery/mugging if we were to be walking alone (not tryna play the little woman at night lol, tryna put in perspective how if him or I were severely incapacitated by our episodes and we happened to be alone, say in a city, which is where I go to college, it would be much harder to defend myself personally in my weakened state). This is why I think it’s even more important to keep going keep trying, picking ourselves back up. Do you have a wife, children, brothers, sisters, parents, other family, pets, friends coworkers, God? Keep pushing yourself all around if not for yourself for them. Take up a fighting style as well and learn and own firearms and shooting (I plan to do this as well). You’ll be in a much better position as someone with pp to have those skills. But fuck man we got this. There is no tomorrow. Were the transformers like you said bro. Autobots roll out. Or some shit idk lol 😂

That looks fine bro! I’m from the northeast originally and the cold always made my skin look a tad different at times just from the weather. Unless you had some sort of injury to it or bad pin that you didn’t mention, I wouldn’t think twice about it
My hematocrit was 54 at one point but I got a phelobotomy after and went down to 50 so I should be fine. I plan to donate blood again over this December.

The first photo was the very beginning of 2024. The bottom photo is one I took tonight. I wanted to make a new conversation but couldn’t upload the photos. Can someone please help me as to why I was so much fitter nearly two years ago? I feel like it’s two completely different people, my skin is also so much clearer in two years ago and my hair is much healthier. I feel like after highschool everything just started going downhill and havnt reset since. What pisses me off the most is that if I was able to get there before, at 17/18 years old completely natural (might’ve been on mk677 can’t remember the timeline but other than that nothing) I should be able to get back there easily. My diet and cardio have always been subpar, I know for a fact in the first picture I was doing minimal cardio, was probably hitting protein goals but other than that was probably eating what I wanted. I was smoking a lotttt of weed from 2023-2024 idk if that has something to do with it. Is it possible this year that when in took gh I messed up my pancreas or thyroid and screwed my metabolism up? Or is the first picture just better lighting and I’m leaner. I’m kinda tweaking lol

Could it be insulin resistance?

I’ll be honest dude we can’t tell anything from these pictures, the first one is literally just your head and arm. We would need full body pictures in the same lighting to really give an assessment. From what it sounds like, you already know you have a lot of work to do diet and cardio wise, so I’d focus on getting on a solid meal plan/cardio regimen, make sure you’re training is on point, and then reassess in a few months with quality check in photos. At this stage you really don’t need to be stressing about drugs and just need to learn to eat and train and you will very quickly get into the best shape of your life.

Do you have any meal plan, macros, training program etc you could share? We can give you some pointers there and help you get back on track

Thank you very much Tommy. I do also agree with what Mack said. He’s right I am a “big boy” … So I think you’ve all been helpful even Mack haha.
Thank you sir.
I knew you would respect and appreciate my “real” comments.
People do NOT respect somebody who blows smoke up somebody’s.
You are serious about your training and goals.
You are also way past the point of somebody treating you “fake special”.
You are mature grown man who has learned to deal with his challenges.
And you wanted real life true feedback.
Which is what I gave you.
I admire and respect you your condition and your efforts.
I help people.
That’s what I do.
It’s my profession.
It brings me gratification.

You should atleast buy him VIP status to the forum, and maybe some Professional muscle hardware and apparel after trashing someone with a disability

(instead of taking him to a third party platform where you try to weasel your way into a coaching pitch later on). You’re a piece of crap

And I’m offering my help for free.

Well this thread came out hot from the gate and just keeps on giving. 😂

@Georgedroyd you have been given some really good (and really bad/dumb) feedback in this thread.

You have FPP- temporary muscle weakness or full paralysis for those who don’t know what that is. That’s not a weakness in “your mind”. That’s tough stuff man.

The best thing you can do is track your macros in an app or on a spreadsheet and monitor your potassium and mineral intake as part of that. I believe I read you are in college. Use shakes if needed to drink some meals. Start with 4 clean meals per day if that best fits your schedule as this is lifestyle and management of your condition.

Don’t get too lost in compounds and peptides as you have to be very careful with them and your condition. So that means lean on diet, training and cardio. Trust me those are the secrets. Compounds are just tools.

Feel free to post up diet, training etc and guys here would be happy to help. But nobody should be giving you advice/coaching without knowledge of your condition.

Welcome to PM, there’s more good than bad members here so don’t be afraid to post and ask for input.

Hey thank you very much for this response. I’ll let you know today I added high intensity cardio for the first time in a longgg fucking time. It felt fucking great. Was probably the first time in like 6 months since I’ve ran on a treadmill and I felt pretty damn good, did it in intervals for about 16 min total (about 5 min running 2 minute walking pace). Only thing is my heart rate got up to 175 during the peak of the cardio, I’m assuming it’s because my body has never been used to high intensity aerobic before but as I keep doing this every day and body fat goes down it will improve, but let me know if I should keep it in mind. But last time I got my rhr checked it was 58bpm and blood pressure was 89/40 pretty damn low lol. As for diet, the first meal I had was a (white) ready rice packet, 12 grilled chicken nuggets from chic fil a with a fruit cup (I get em free with a school meal pass and figure they’re a good protein option lmk), along with a banana. High potassium foods like bananas and potatoes have never really been a trigger for my episodes I had three bananas today and was chilling lol. Anyways my second well snack was a protein bar I had during a tutoring session. Then after the gym, hit legs, smith squats, leg extensions single standing leg curls and leg curls seated, I ate a bowl of tuna and some dried steak strips. Then about an hour later I had my final meal which was a water based shake, two small bananas, and two scoops of the insane labz brand protein powder with creatine. Let me know what you think man, ima make another post concerning the peptides as well

As far as peptides and compounds go, I don’t plan on taking steroids or testosterone in the future, even if I wanted to I need to get leaner and I need to learn how to 120% navigate my condition down to the exact biochemistry of it. Sometimes I can’t even fucking remember if I’m hyper or hypo (I’m hyper) so yeah 💀💀. But I have been doing a lot of my own research and now there are some new studies coming out (let me know if yall have heard anything about this) about the use of GLP-1s for treatment of hyper periodic paralysis because of its affect on insulin secretion and potassium movement into cells. The way that insulin ties into hyperkalmik periodic paralysis is fascinating as well. Hyper pp attacks often are also triggered by low insulin, such as fasting for long periods of time. It’s like in the ER setting how patients are given insulin and glucose together to lower serum potassium, as my condition stems from to much total potassium. I’ve tried mk677, I was 17 first compound I ever tried and I got pretty good results from it. Besides the amazing sleep I got when I was on 3iu HGH this year I couldn’t even tell you if I got decent results from it, I was 235lbs (had the whole perma bulk mindset I was just fat asf lol) and was only on it for 4ish months so not enough time. Cjc as well I also get amazing sleep. I’m going to take a break from the gh compounds though to give my pituitary gland a rest though. But I want to know what you think. I don’t plan on taking insulin, not at all. But it is very interesting that these types of compounds could help my condition in this way. One of the reasons I’m thinking of trying igf1 lr3 this summer. I just want to zone tf in and actually cut. Because I’m not going to touch anything if I’m still at this body fat percentage would be too risky. Also I do work with a coach from home, he’s an incredible guy and knows a ton about my condition more than I do sometimes. I still have a lot to learn about it which is why I don’t want to touch anything yet besides Reta and enclo before I have all the factors in check. Also the Dr I see for my condition supports my use of Retatrutide very much as long as I am getting it from a reliable source he says. My uncle and brother (both hyper as well) were both overweight and then were prescribed semaglutide and lost lots of weight and their episodes improved very much. I think that the potential for insulin manipulation for this condition is huge, but (huge fucking but) needs a lot more research, and it’s extremely easy to fuck yourself especially if you don’t know what you’re doing, and I don’t. I’ve heard horror stories about insulin man. But yeah I’m just going to focus on dieting down and getting that cardio up, the foundationals. My mom (her side passed down condition) says that as someone with hyper pp it is much better to be at a leaner bodyweight and not carrying around extra fatty mass you don’t need. Because then the episodes are much harder. Also I hope crazy Jay responds, I havnt figured out how to tag people if someone can please direct me how to do that or tag him it would be much appreciated.

THOUSANDS. Meaning AT LEAST 2,000 individuals. Are we counting spotting, holding the door for someone, re-racking weights, as help?
Hey brother! I was curious myself since you decided to take what “normal” people would recognize as a common “figure of speech” statement and take it literally…….

So I’m 60 years old, hand wrote my first workout program for an uncle when I was 13. Let’s say that’s the first person I ever helped.

Let’s take 2,000 divided by 47 years of helping people with diet, nutrition, cardio, stretching, etc. that rounds up to 43 people per year.

Since I spent 15 years working professionally as a personal trainer, and have over 30,000 posts online in various forums collectively, yes I’d say it’s pretty reasonable that I have helped thousands of people.

No good sir, that does not count giving a spot or holding a door open for somebody, ha ha, but I’ll hand it to ya there good sir that was a pretty funny post!

Man I must have "coached" 20,000 people by them standards. Bit over 50 and been online since the 90s on the boards with probably 150k posts or more. In reality it's less than a hundred in all actuality that paid for it.
