Is Curry an underrated Mr. O?

Just to put it into perspective, there was a guy that won 6 Olympia titles with a whole slew of weak body parts. Bad arms, average legs, and average chest. The only time he had "it" was in the black and white photos prior to the 92 Olympia. No one had ever seen anything like that. I'm a Dorian fan to a point but I'm also not blind. At the 97 Olympia, Nasser was the clear winner. I don't care what his back looked like. From the front, Nasser ran the table on Dorian.

He's missing the "it" factor that virtually every Mr Olympia winner has.

I don't know WHO, other than Phil (if he even has it anymore), has that IT factor though.
Rhoden didn't have it and beat Phil.

But in this new crop of BBers, there is no, "Oh shit, here he comes" guy. What Curry did was disappear for 2 years and reemerge with a completely new physique. That was the IT.

His quads and calves were damn good, but his torso was short in relation to his legs.

I personally think Yates' best package was '92. Everyone else will say '93.

'94 is a really weird year. Shawn Ray should have won. If you look at the pictures, Shawn looks like the winner. However, if you watch the footage, Yates' conditioning was nuts, but conditioning isn't everything. His bicep was torn, stage coloring was off, and he was rocking the Brillo pad haircut. The lumpiness in his physique started getting out of hand at this point.

'95 I think was deserved.

Everyone thinks Nasser should have won in '97. I agree, but also think he could have won in '96. He was in even better shape that year. His front double bi has a flow like Haney...just 30 fucking pounds thicker. '96 should have been between him and Shawn.

Rhoden being the former Mr O we have a step up with Curry. He is def better than Rhoden BUT doesnt seem to have it factor... his upper body does, but lower lacks JUST enough for the wow/"it" factor to diminish.

i am not a phil fan at all but if midsection is in check, lights out.

I'm happy that Ramy decided to go with Chad Nichols, best decision his TEAM ever made.

Brandon needs to pack on even more size in hopes of adding whatever he can to his lower body

i really don't see Brandon bringing his legs up. they seem to be a real genetic limitation.

it's fascinating to see massively muscular guys like Brandon and Nick Walker able to grow so well, but at the same time, missing entire body parts.

Yeah I was actually a Curry-hater last year and I don't mind Ramy being given the title but I have to say I actually think Curry's physique was the most appealing to the eye of all the guys on stage
