Is ephedrine worse for your heart than legal fat burner stims?

Question is in the topic. Just curious. I don't know the science behind it.

Impossible to say as there are so many different ones. Ephedrine is legal. The best fatbuner is the food you eat, most compounds only help a small amount compared to this as far as I've seen. Unless you venture into the illegal area then there are things that will work but the side effect profile gets much more dangerous.

I don't know if there are any legal supps that really supress appetite effectively. MT2 took away my appetite and could work to aid minicuts with minimal side effects except for the tan.

Most legal fat burners are fairly similar IMO

I avoid them all.
Insulin sensitivity is where I try to make changes the stimulants to me are just asking for trouble.
Especially if you are taking gear and have higher hematocrit and higher bp.

Like Adjos said, i to have done my last 2 recomps stim / fat burner free and also do not take pre-workout stims now either. I cant imagine anything that really jacks up your heart rate, making your heart work harder could be a good thing. Took a while to get used to, but if you make the nutritional changes it can work out fine.

You should be able to tell easily enough.
Take your BP 1 hour after taking the stims along with RHR.
If they become elevated to any great degree you shouldn't take them.

I agree. There was a time I was taking soooo much junk especially pre workout it elevated my blood pressure significantly. Nowadays a strong coffee is perfect.

I think most are the same yes, but Synedrex is sooo much stronger then almost anything on the market bc it has a compound almost identical to 1 3 dimethyl.

Just dont abuse the stuff and you should be fine.
The only time I could see an issue is if you have
underlying medical conditions,,high BP,,heart issues,,etc...
